Maria Victoria Smith, FNP-C

Vicky is a family nurse practitioner who specializes in cardiology with more than nine years in this field. She has also worked in the neurosurgery field. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of the City Manila – Philippines and then earned her Master of Science Degree at University of Michigan – Flint. She holds a national certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a Certified Heart Failure Nurse through the American Association of Heart Failure Nurses.

Vicky is passionate with a goal of providing expertise in the management of actual or potential cardiac health problems. This includes the care of inpatient and outpatient clients in an independent and interdependent role. Also, providing education and resources to patients so that patients understand how their everyday lifestyles can positively and negatively impact their own health.
